Animal Rescue Bonnie Beach is a shelter in Telchac Puerto, Mexico, that provides a loving home to desperate animals who would otherwise starve or die of illness on the streets.

From none, to one, to many. Susanne didn't start out to run an animal rescue. On one of her and Juan's visits to the building site of their beach home in Telchac Puerto, they saw the builders feeding a little dog. The workers said that this was not their dog, they just "fed her a little bit" and would leave her when they had finished the building. Susanne said "this is my dog!"

Now Animal rescue Bonnie Beach is temporary home to 30 cats, 25 adult dogs and 2 puppies. Susanne receive no funding and pay for all food, vaccinations etc. out of her own income.

Animal Rescue Bonnie Beach is the life work of Susanne, financed solely by her.
